Terms

Please note—NO two items will bleach/dye the exact same, there will be some variances.
Items will be extremely similar to each other but never the exact same.
** Similar brands(at company discretion) may be substituted if color is out of stock with the supplier.
All orders are ready for pick up/ready to ship within 7-10 business days.

 

Refunds 

Rockin' H Designs does NOT offer refunds. Each item is custom made for each purchasing customer. If an issue occurs please contact the shop and we will work together to make this issue fair for both parties. Items sent back to us as a return will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
